Hello you!

My name is Javier Sebastián and I'm a frontend engineer, with backend capabilities, with more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry. I've had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including government environments (Antel, URCDP, Agesic, etc) as well as corporate companies (Oracle).

About myself?

I grew up surrounded by tools and books, which shaped me into a curious and self-taught person. I'm also a polymath with hands-on experience in a variety of fields, including gardening, carpentry, car detailing, and drumming.
What I enjoy most about working is collaborating with diverse teams.

Why?

Because working with people from different backgrounds, cultures, ages, and perspectives creates an environment where new ideas emerge, learning happens naturally, and stronger human connections are built. I truly believe diversity is the key to fosters empathy, tolerance, and a genuine sense of belonging. I enjoy working with people smarter than me.
